  • What is Home Banking?

    Home Banking gives you secure Internet access to your credit union accounts, free of a monthly service charge. Use it to access account information such as account balances and transaction activity, search for checks, transfer funds between accounts and order checks.

  • How do I enroll for online account access?

    If you have a San Patricio County Teachers Federal Credit Union account, come in to the credit union and request access. Members can sign up on the website as well.

    To enroll you will need to have:

    • The account number you wish to have access to.
    • The social security number associated with the account
  • When can I start using the Home Banking system?

    After you have enrolled in the program you should be able to access your account next business day.

  • What accounts can I access using Home Banking?
    • Share Draft (checking)
    • Shares (savings)
    • Share Certificates
    • IRA's
    • Loans
    • Personal Lines of Credit
  • How much does Home Banking cost?

    You can view balances, see if checks have cleared or deposits have posted, transfer funds between accounts and all FREE of a monthly service charge.

  • How do funds transfers work?

    You can transfer funds to and from your checking, savings. You can not transfer funds from an installment loan or from or into a share certificate or IRA. You cannot transfer funds directly from your overdraft protection account. Funds transfers into loan accounts are credited as payments.

    Each transfer made from a line of credit account is treated as an advance from that account and is subject to the terms of the Credit Agreement.

  • When are funds transfers processed?

    All funds transfers will be processed immediately.

  • What is the maximum funds transfer I can make between my accounts?

    The maximum amount of any one transfer is the lesser of the current available deposit or credit balance in the source account.

  • When is Home Banking available?

    In general, Home Banking is available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.

  • How current is the account information that I see on the screen?

    The account balance and transaction information is usually current and up-to-date through the previous business day. The credit union updates this information at various points throughout the day.

  • What is the difference between the current balance and the available balance for my deposit accounts?

    The current balance is the total amount of funds in your account. The available balance is the amount of funds in your account to which you have immediate access.

  • What happens if I forget my password?

    If you forget your password, you will need to call San Patricio County Teachers Federal Credit Union during business hours at 1-877-441-3600. We will reset your password to a temporary one which you will be required to change the next time you log in.
